3.55-inch COG graphic OLED with grayscale support

Winstar’s WEO025664D is a 3.55-inch, 256x64 COG graphic OLED display that has a built-in SSD1322 controller and supports 6800/8080 parallel and 3- and 4-wire SPI serial interfaces. They are available in yellow or white, support 4-bits grayscale, 1-point PCAP touch is optional.

These displays work within operating temperatures from 40°C to +80°C, feature a 1/64 duty cycle and a 50% check board current of typ. 35mA @16Vcc.
