CellPac BLOX suits those customers in need of semi-customization and where design-cycles, engineering costs and time to market must be minimized for success. Battery designs are limited in their complexity, but available for nearly no NRE cost and development effort.

  • The RRC-SMB-MBC from RRC is a 50W mini desktop battery charger designed to handle the standard battery form factors RRC2040, RRC2040-2, RRC2054, RRC2057 or compatible smart batteries with a similar footprint.

    Equipped with a microchip, smart batteries are able to communicate with the charger and user alike. This battery-controlled charging method makes sense when considering that some packs share the same footprint but contain different chemistries, requiring alternative charge algorithms. With this technology each battery receives the correct charge levels and terminates full-charge with proper detection methods.

    *Discharge power is limited to 5W. The discharger will bring back the batteries to ship-mode after discharging.
