Find products

Search bar
The search bar on the home page and on top of the website; use this option to search for keyword or product code.

Search results
Search results matching your search query are listed below the found categories.

Categories
Select a category to enable filtering. Each underlying (more specific) product category may enable extra and more extensive filter options.

Refine search
Within every modules or devices category you can amend filters to select parameter values which are applicable to your selected product category.
The specifications are listed in the REFINE SEARCH tool, just above the search results.

Use the filters to select the required parameter values. Click 'apply filter' to start searching.

Search or generate similar

You have found a product but it does not exactly meet your requirements, you can try one of the following options. With both options your initially found product will be marked as reference product in the compare.

Generate similar
Click the 'Generate similar' button on a product page and we'll search our database automatically for matching products.

Search similar
With 'Search similar' you are able to find matching products based on checked paramters of your choosing.

Compare products

Any product with specifications can be added to a compare list with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 products. When during a search and/or applying filters 10 or less products are found you can compare them directly.

From any compare you are able to use the following contact options:
  • Receive a quote for all products in your compare list
  • Request more information for the products in your compare list
  • Ask to be contacted to help you decice from your products in your compare list
Fill in the contact form with all required details, you'll be contacted as soon as possible.

Request quote or information

If you require more information about a product or want to request a quote, click the 'Request a quote' button that is displayed on every product page.

Fill in your contact details, add or amend product information, the required quantity, and submit your entry.
You will receive a confirmation email of your request, one of Texim's engineers will contact you as soon as possible.

Add products to the basket

A product that matches your requirements can be added to the basket by clicking the 'Add to Basket' button.
Fill in the quantity you want to order, optional you can enter a custom product code. Continue by pressing 'Add to Basket':
Remark: if the 'Add to Basket' button is not displayed, use the 'Request a Quote' button to contact Texim Europe.

Order procedure

You can start the order procedure by going to the shopping basket. Enter the shopping basket by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the website.

Note: we only deliver to companies, we do not deliver to consumers.

There are two checkout processes:
  1. order with a Texim Europe account; or
  2. order as a guest.
Note: if a product in your basket is marked as a dangerous good, you'll need to select the destination country in the basket before you can continue the process. Please check the Shipping & Deliveries section for more information.

Order with a Texim Europe account
With a Texim Europe account the order process consists of five steps:
  1. Basket
    view your basket contents and optionally estimate additional costs, click 'Proceed to checkout' to go to the next step
  2. Login
    login to your Texim Europe account
  3. Overview
    overview of the order, enter your contact details, select shipping address and accept the terms and conditions prior to confirm the order
  4. Payment
    your standard terms and conditions apply, after confirming the order your internal sales engineer will contact you
  5. Complete
    you will see a confirmation that the order is received successful, an email is sent to the specified email address
Order as a guest
While ordering as a guest the order process consists of six steps:
  1. Basket
    view your basket contents and optionally estimate additional costs, click 'Proceed to checkout' to go to the next step
  2. Login
    continue as a guest if you do not have an account
  3. Contact data
    enter your contact details, company details, shipping information and accept the terms and conditions prior to confirm the order
  4. Overview
    overview of the order, enter your contact details and accept the terms and conditions prior to confirm the order
  5. Payment
    you will be forwarded to our payment provider, select your payment method (credit card, PayPal or iDeal) and follow the steps
  6. Complete
    after a successful payment you will see a confirmation that the order is received successful, an email is sent to the specified email address
