Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated when selecting the destination country in the order process.
The shipping rate is based on:
  1. destination address;
  2. total weight of the order;
  3. number of coli;
  4. special restrictions and/or dangerous good fees of the ordered product(s);
  5. selected carrier.

Additional costs

Additional costs such as handling are calculated during the order process.
Handling costs apply if the total order value is less than €50,-.

Remark: if the additional costs and/ or shipping turns out to be higher, we will send an additional invoice.

Lead time & stock indication

The lead time and stock indication is stated on the website on every productpage. The lead time and stock that is shown, is an indication.
Please contact Texim Europe for the actual lead time and stock.

Remark: the indication is not real-time and has a maximum delay of one working day.

International shipping

All products purchased with fax, email and phone at Texim Europe, and ordered on Texim-Europe.com will be shipped from The Netherlands.

Tracking your order

If all products from your order are in stock and are ready to be shipped, you will receive a status update/shipping notification.
You'll find the tracking number in the email along with the link to the tracking page of the carrier.

Shipping lithium

Products with lithium are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. Special packing instructions and regulations apply when shipping lithium.
Shipping the following UN numbers / product types are considered a lithium shipment:
  • UN3480/UN3090: lithium batteries/cells only;
  • UN3481/UN3091: lithium batteries/cells packed with equipment;
  • UN3481/UN3091: lithium batteries/cells contained in equipment.
Prior to shipping these products we will take the following factors into account, depending on this lithium classification, transport restrictions may apply:
  1. method of transportation;
  2. product type(s);
  3. quantities;
  4. lithium content of the cell or battery.
Our products, including products with lithium, are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Please note that rechargeable lithium batteries & cells only (UN3480) with a State of Charge (SoC) of > 30% cannot be shipped by air.

Ordering lithium

For products marked as a lithium product, the destination country must be selected in the Contact data-step of the ordering process to continue to the checkout process. There are 3 possibilities:
  1. We expect no issues while preparing and shipping your order to the selected destination country, please proceed to checkout.
  2. The basket needs to be assessed. Send us your basket contents together with your contact details and receive a quote for shipping.
  3. We currently cannot ship the basket contents to a selected country.
Please note that separate shipping costs and handling fees may be charged.

Remark: contact the compliance organization for batteries in your country for recycling.
