The BOXER-6638U from AAEON is a high performance industrial box PC which is about 30% smaller than its predecessors. High performance is assured with the Intel® Core™ i3-5010U driving the device, the U-series chip comes with greater power-savings and cost-efficiency. This enhanced processing power is used to power the device's many IOs, most prominent of which includes four COM ports. The BOXER-6638U supports a -20 to 60°C temperature range, and a wide operating voltage between 9 and 24V.

The EMB-BTx mini-ITX boards from AAEON Technology are powered by the Intel® Bay Trail series processors, offering premium performance and low power consumption. ACCES I/O announced a new family of PCI Express Mini Cards, the mPCIe-ICM series. The measurement of this card is only 30x51mm and featured with two or four ports of isolated RS232 serial communications. The RS232 ports are 100% compatible with every other industry-standard serial COM device, such as TX, RX, RTS, and CTS. In addition, they provide Tru-Iso™ port-to-port and port-to-PC isolation.

The mPCIe-ICM cards were designed by using the 16C950 UARTS and 128-byte transmit/receive FIFO buffers to decrease CPU loading and protect against lost data in multitasking systems. Artila recently introduced a Linux-ready box computer: the Matrix-513.
The box computer is designed for remote device management applications which require a reliable, low power, wired and wireless communications but powerful computing platform.

The Matrix-513 has two MiniPCIe slots which can accept wireless LAN, Bluetooth, GPS and cellular 3G MiniPCIe cards. The dual independent 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports of the box computer provide a flexible and reliable wired communication. The four RS-232/422/485 serial ports are ready for connecting to any serial device. The
Matrix-513 is equipped with two isolated digital inputs and one relay output which can be used for device status monitoring and alarm functions.

Matrix-513 is shipped with the Linux 2.6.38 kernel and file system plus many software utilities such as a web server, PHP, python, java, MySQL and SQLite. The software development tool chain GCC C/C++ is also ready for free download.
